Do you pick up at the Funchal cruise terminal?
Yes. We meet you just outside the cruise terminal exit — look for our tuk tuk sign. If you cannot see us, message us on WhatsApp at +351 920 526 731.
Will I get back to the ship on time?
Yes. We plan every shore excursion around your all-aboard time and drop you back at the terminal with time to spare. If your ship is delayed or does not dock, your tour is not charged.
How long do I need in port for a tuk tuk tour?
Allow your tour time plus about two hours for meeting, photos and getting back on board. With 3 hours ashore you can do the 1-hour Funchal City Tour; with 4–5 hours, Monte, Cabo Girão or Câmara de Lobos; with a full day, the Half Day Tour or Nuns Valley.
Can I pay on the day?
Yes. You can book online or by WhatsApp and pay after your ride by card or cash.
How many people fit in one tuk tuk?
Each tuk tuk carries up to 3 passengers, and the price is per tuk tuk, not per person. Larger groups travel in several tuk tuks together.
Can you adapt the tour if my ship arrives late?
Yes. Send us a message and we will move your start time or shorten the route so you are still back on board in time.
Is the cruise terminal far from Funchal city centre?
No. The terminal is about a 15–20 minute walk from the centre along the seafront, but the hills above the city — Monte, the viewpoints and Cabo Girão — are best reached by tuk tuk.
